Cute and casual sleeveless dress.  Fitted at the top and has a slight flare at the bottom. Wear this dress on its own for a hot summer day or a with a cardigan / zipper hoodie when its cold out. Our photos show the dress styled with a petticoat.  Petticoat is not included.
