Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy: We do not accept retunes. Please be sure to place your order correctly with the correct size or correct color. We however do replace your items if they arrive to you damaged or with a manufacture error. We are a made to order shop, please allow a few weeks for us to make your items before we ship them to you.
Refund Policy: We only issue a refund if your order hasn't shipped yet within the reasonable processing time (30 days). After 5 business days your order has been sent to production to be made for processing after this time you can not request a refund. You can ask for a refund if your order is lost or stolen while in transit after the allotted time. If within the United States please wait up to 4-8 weeks to ask us if your package hasn't been delivered after it is marked as shipped. If not received and you think your order got lost please contact us so we can send you a replacement order or refund your order. If the order is worldwide international please wait up to 10 weeks because of customs clearance to ask us if your package hasn't been delivered after it is marked as shipped. If not received and you think your order got lost please contact us so we can send you a replacement order or refund your order.
If your order is still waiting to be shipped please contact us if you have any questions. Some items are on pre-order and may take a while to ship. Please understand we are a made to order shop and all our items are made one by one once you place an order. We do this to minimize waste and focus on sustainably.
