Canceling Your Order / Refunds

 All sales are final. Once you place your order we do not give refunds or cancellations. All orders will be processed and shipped to you. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

 ☆ Current processing time (4-6 weeks normal) during Holiday season please anticipate 2 - 6 more weeks as our manufacturer is getting more orders then usual for the Holiday rush.

★ All items that are marked as made to order are made one by one in a factory and will take time to process to be made before being shipped out. All Clothing will be manufactured printed, cut and sewn in the factory and then will be delivered to you. Our main manufacturer is located in a clean and modern facility. Our manufacturer is located in Kwun Tong District in Hong Kong. All clothing is drawn and designed by shop owner and designer Holley from the United States.

★ All jewelry and accessories in our store are all handmade and are made to order. The jewelry and accessories is all handmade by shop owner and designer Holley.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 ☆ Covid-19 Update ☆
Because of Covid-19 we are experiencing heavy delays on orders being produced. We manufacturer about 90% of our clothing, shoes, bags in Kwun Tong District in Hong Kong. All of our made to order clothing have been effected because of the pandemic. Please be aware to expect a possible delay in processing your order. If you need your order by a certain time frame we can not guaranteed your items arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience. When purchasing from our store you agree to expect delays in your order.

☆ Current processing time may be delayed (4-6 weeks normal) - (7- 28 weeks delayed) for made to order purchases. (Effected by the pandemic or any other current activity delaying manufacturing or travel delays) ☆ If your order is taking longer than usual we are experiencing delays with our manufacturer + package being shipped from Hong Kong.

☆ Jewelry or accessories purchases will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 weeks. ☆ If delayed it can take up to 4 months to process due to huge order volume. 

☆ Made to order items. ☆ We are a small company and we do not physically have your order on hand. We place orders for our art to be made onto clothing, shoes, bags by the manufacturer we do business with in Hong Kong. We process your order at the end of the week or the end of the 2nd week from when you placed your purchase. We place orders this way to get the best price in processing made to order clothing, bags, shoes ect. When we place your order to begin processing we pay a different price every time. Sometimes we end up paying more than usual. We place our orders at certain times of the month to get the best price when processing your order. Please expect a possible delay. We can not guarantee exactly when your order will be completely finished. Our manufacturer gets busy about 3-4 times a year depending on the future holiday/ time of year. When purchasing your order you agree and understand this information.

Once your is shipped you will get a email with a tracking number for USA customers and worldwide customers.

For United States shipments (only handmade items) please allow 2-8 business days for shipments to arrive once the order is marked as shipped.

For international shipments please allow 15-60 business days for the shipment to arrive to you. Depending on your country's customs, shipments can take longer up to 4 - 12 weeks once the order is marked as shipped.

As our standard mail we use the cheapest method of shipping USPS ground advantage mail service. If you would feel more comfortable with a upgraded mailing service please purchase an upgrade shipping service if in your order is providing alternatives..

About the owner of Holley Tea Time UPDATED! (12-07-2019)

 Hello everyone my name is Holley. I am very passionate about Japanese culture and Japanese fashion. Every since I was 4 or 5 I really loved anime. For my 5th birthday present I got a Sailor Moon doll. I am really into sweet lolita fashion and fairy kei fashion. I really love pastel colors especially rainbows, unicorns or yummy sweets. I'm a happy go lucky person and love making new friends. If you ever see me at a convention or pop up market please come and say hi.

Holley Tea Time is operated 4-5 times a week. Packages will be packed and shipped on Monday nights or the following Tuesday night. Emails will be answered as soon as I am able. I will try to email you back within 1 to 15 days. Sometimes life does get busy and I might email you back on the weekends. Thank you for your interest in Holley Tea Time.  As of 8/24/2016 if we deliver a package to the wrong address the buyer must pay return shipping charges and then pay again for re-delivery. (A total of 3 shipping charges combined if your order is shipped to the wrong address.)

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 All sales are final. Once you place your order we do not give refunds or offer order cancellations. All orders will be processed and shipped to you. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

You may return your item if it is damaged or requires a different size. Please note if you require to ship your items back, the buyer must pay for all shipping fees.

You may exchange clothing size but there will be additional payment .

!New! Sublimation items (dresses, skirts, crop tops, tank tops, and leggings)

 New! As of 12/17/2014

Our manufacturer has now switched to a new fabric to do the sublimation process on items such as our (dresses, skirts, crop tops, tank tops, and leggings). This means the item you will be receiving the color of the product has slightly changed and is more pastel / lighter from our stock photos. As we order more samples of our items we will be changing our stock photos to better show the current fabric used for all of our made to order items.

Please also know that our manufacture can change the fabric at any given time. Thank you so much for your understanding.

It is normal for all sublimation items to have some specks, dots and creases to appear on the fabric. This is a normal result of the sublimation process. If your garment arrives and you are not satisfied with the result please email us within the first 3 days of receiving the item.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 We sure do!

Care instructions for jewelry and accessories

 ☆ It is ok for the jewelry pendant / charm to get wet. If you want to clean the pendant / charm please use room temperature water or cold water. With our resin pieces it tends to get soft under hot water, so cooler temperatures is best.

☆ make sure when cleaning your jewelry do not get the metal parts wet. For example do not get the metal ring base wet. After time the metal will rust. So we suggest not getting any metal items wet.

☆ How to store your jewelry. It is best to put away in a jewelry box or in a non open air flowing room. If item is left hanging near the window it will rust by time. So we suggest taking good care of your jewelry by storing it away in a bag or jewelry box.

The Artist of Holley Tea Time

Holley is the artist and designer who illustrates all the art at Holley Tea Time. She is also the owner of Holley Tea Time. She crafts and assembles all the handmade jewelry and accessories. While attending collage she studied media arts and animation as her field of study. Now she is fully devoted to her brand and enjoys designing cute characters. Her illustrations are used in various products in the shop such as t-shirts, fabric, printed acrylic charms, button badges and many other items. Her dream is for one day to get Holley Tea Time merchandise in major department stores all over the world.

Resin jewelry and accessories

 All resin jewelry and accessories is handmade by me.

Most of the molds to create my jewelry and accessories are store bought or ordered from the internet.

Some of my molds and handmade by me and I create a custom rubber molds on some pieces.

What clay do you use?

 I use "fimo" clay. Its a type of polymer clay and I like this brand best.

How do you make fake frosting? (Relating to decoden)

 I use 100% silicone from a caulking tube. I use GE GE412A Waterproof Silicone Caulk, 9.8 oz Tube and always make sure its 100% silicone. When its 100% when its dry its squishy.

I then get a caulking tube gun to squeeze the silicone out of the tube. I then get a bakers piping bag. I also have a frosting tip to create the decorative look of frosting. When all these things are all done the white silicone looks like frosting.

I also color it using regular paint. Then I also use glitter once its all done to decorate it. I love doing decoden and had a lot of help looking at tutorials on youtube to help me and learn new ways to decorate.

How do you color your resin?

 I use special resin color dye made for uv resin.

Do you do custom orders?

 At this moment in time we do not.

How durable / strong is your jewelry?

 We always make sure all our new creations are strong and durable. Over the years we have learned to make our jewelry better and always strive to get better.
